    Original post

Could someone please confirm whether the financial data submitted for the SSR reflects cumulative amounts over the entire period of performance for Subcontracts, or only from the start of the current fiscal year (FY25) through its end? I hope that this questions makes sense. I am getting some conflicting information. Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks!

These are fantastic! Thank you so much! I keep seeing "Cumulative Fiscal Year Subcontract Awards." I interpret this as referring to the total dollar amount of subcontract awards a company has issued during a specific federal fiscal year.

Sometimes I wonder? Sorry for being so blunt but as the FAR rewrite winds along no wonder folks get dazed and confused. While WIFCON is full of lots of discussion about interpretation and what should and should not be I think the most glaring lost art is READ!

FAR 19.704 - Note the difference between a "ISR" and "SSR" and I quote...........

"The SSR shall be submitted annually by October 30 for the twelve-month period ending September 30. When an SSR is rejected, the contractor is required to submit a revised SSR within 30 days of receiving the notice of SSR rejection;"

    RFO - FAR 19.302-3 and I quote -

As part of monitoring compliance with the subcontracting reporting requirements, review Individual Subcontract Reports (ISRs), and where applicable, Summary Subcontract Reports (SSRs), in eSRS within 60 days of the report ending date (e.g., by November 30th for a report submitted for the fiscal year ended September 30th).

Not to mention FAR Clause 52.219-9.

    (My rant for the day!)

    Hello,

You are very right. The question that I posted only came about because my original understanding of the SSR was that it is a report that captures the sub finances for the GFY (including those not associated with a small business plan) at the agency level. Well, someone here at my work started saying that I had the wrong interpretation and that it is CTD. This made me doubt myself, which I should not have done. Honestly, I need to learn how to better trust my instincts, experiences, and trainings.

Thanks for the FAR clauses, btw. Appreciate your post.
