What's This

This is a new sub-forum to discuss the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on contracting.  This deals with new rules to award contracts, administer contracts, etc.  You should be able to use this as any other sub-forum under Contracting.  I will close the discussions under the COVID-19 Poll but you will still be able to vote in that poll.  I cannot move posts by themselves to a new sub-forum.
